Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12: Essential educational requirement.
• Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance: Preferred qualification from a recognized institution.
• 1 year of data capturing experience: Demonstrated ability to capture data accurately and efficiently.
• 1 year experience with productivity tools/software: Proficiency in using tools/software to enhance productivity.
• 1 year experience with relevant financial management systems: Familiarity with financial management systems to ensure effective data handling.

Knowledge and Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles: Knowledge of accounting principles, procurement, and payables.
• Functional knowledge in AP and Procurement System / ERP: Experience with Accounts Payable and Procurement systems or ERP.
• Good interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Demonstrated planning skills: Capability to plan and organize tasks efficiently.
• Quick understanding of Sanlam operations: Ability to grasp Sanlam’s operations and technology usage swiftly.
