Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Grade 10 or higher
• Experience: Prior experience in a formal cleaning environment, grounds maintenance, or waste management
• Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with fellow workers, physical strength and health, capacity to work under pressure, and willingness to work shifts
• Flexibility: Willingness to relieve or relocate to other sections of Administration and Logistics as needed

Duties

As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintenance and development of hospital grounds and gardens
• Removal of garden waste
• Planting of plants and flowers
• Cutting of trees
• Watering of plants and flowers
• Preparation of event platforms
• Supervisory functions in any section of Administration and Logistics as determined by managers
• Maintenance of horticulture equipment
• Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
