In a world full of choice when it comes to where to shop, retailers who differentiate themselves with a memorable customer experience, will stand out.
Newness, innovation and market disruption is what today’s customers are after. A brand who plays differently within a certain space, will undoubtedly gain market share.
This rings true for the Relay Jeans brand within the TFG stable, as they recently launched, and just last week, won The Retail Design & Development Award for, their first ever, experience-focussed Denim Bar in Braamfontein Johannesburg.
Together with store design agency, Design Partnership, the Relay Jeans brand has created an in-store design that offers a unique brand experience to its customers, a first-class fitting room experience and an authentic yet care-free social experience with festivities that spill out onto the vibrant Braamfontein streets.
Taking first place in its category at the award ceremony, the Relay Jeans brand and its new, forward thinking concept store was recognised for its in-store design excellence, innovation and its ability to have embraced sustainable design and business techniques.
Nicol Rademeyer, Head of Relay Jeans Marketing says the brand was honoured to work with such an amazing team of experts within store design agency, Design Partnership. “Our beliefs for creating a superior customer experience echo that of the Design Partnership Promise which is to create places and spaces that are designed to inspire the future and engage people’s emotions to keep them coming back,” he says.
