Calling all lifestyle fanatics: International author and health expert, Esosa E, will be hosting a book signing event at in Cape Town this weekend.
Esosa recently completed a successful run of her one-woman theatre production, The Woman Who Would Be King, in The Mother City and will now be selling signed copies of her latest book, Got Veg? How to Thrive on a Plant-Based Diet, at the Lifestyle on Kloof Wellness Cafe on Saturday 28 May.
The world-renowned health expert will hold the book signing from 12pm
until 3pm, and will also have her eBook, The Acne-Free Diet, available
for purchase, to all customers.
“I’m ecstatic to continue my relationship with Wellness Warehouse, as I was on the cover of their magazine in June. I love the store and appreciate their awesome selection of foods, remedies, supplements that cater to a plant-based lifestyle,” explains Esosa.
Esosa is looking forward to meeting other health enthusiasts in Cape Town as she aims to encourage more people to become more conscious about what they eat as well as to lead a healthier lifestyle.
“South Africans culturally are inclined towards meat heavy diets. At the same time, there are many prevailing health issues that can be healed just by increasing the amount of fruits and vegetable one eats. I look forward to sharing my book and inspiring people at whatever stage they are at in their health journey.”
Adds Esosa: “This book is special to me because it focuses on everything I wish someone had told me when I got started. It includes more about the different levels of a plant-based diet, nutrients needed to thrive, how to transition, and easy recipes to get started!”
“All are invited to purchase your book, mingle, and grab something from the café.”
