RMA recognised in Deloitte’s ‘Best Company to Work For’ survey

Standard of Excellence bronze certificate recognises employee satisfaction

The aspirations of providing a stimulating work environment, nurturing talent and fostering personal development among staff are paying off as Rand Mutual Assurance Admin Services (RMA) is recognised in the Deloitte ‘Best Company to Work For’ survey.

“This is our first time participating in this important regional survey, and Rand Mutual Assurance both humbled and delighted to have been awarded a bronze ‘Standard of Excellence Achiever’ certificate based on our employees’ feedback,” says Neema Onsongo, General Manager Human Resources of RMA.

“This recognition is all the more pleasing as it comes in the wake of a 41 percent growth in our staff headcount following the extension of our Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) license to include members from the iron, metal and steel industries.”

“The company will continue to invest in staff, as RMA employees spent a total of 422 132 hours in training during 2015 to ensure everyone within the company is empowered to deliver optimal service and grow their capabilities.”
