Cape Town Tourism supports the Grind Obstacle Course Race

Cape Town, South Africa – South Africa’s newest obstacle course race, The Grind has partnered with Cape Town Tourism promoting the healthy living outdoor event for families and thrill seekers.

Set to become one of the Mother City’s biggest attractions – The Grind Obstacle Course Race – dishes out the mud, sweat and beers at Hillcrest Quarry on April 16 and 17, 2016.

More than 1500 Athletes and fun seekers from across South Africa will take part in the first event of its kind in the Western Cape.

The event is open to the public on April 16 and 17 and offers two days of excitement and fun.

There will be lots of entertainment for the whole family: with participants crawling through mud, jumping into water and navigating suspension lines across water. While the family members watch the event unfold, children can enjoy the +- 1km Little G kids Muddy race and Obstacle Course with inflatable slides and jumping castles.
