Bliss Brands roadshow team hones skills on advanced driving course

The Bliss Brands roadshow team travels the country to take the Bliss Brands products to the targeted consumer. The team is energetic, influential and tremendously loved by the communities they visit and engage with. They also travel thousands of kilometres every month to ensure that products and messaging reach as many people as possible.

Jacqueline Jacobs, Sales & Marketing Director of Bliss Brands believes in continuously upskilling her staff and ensuring that they are well looked after. “Bliss Brands’ key brand MAQ is very much a people’s brand. And our energetic and vibrant roadshow team truly lives the brand. Each and every one of the brand ambassadors lives, breathes and eats MAQ.”

“Ensuring that the brand lives in the consumers’ mind and in their households requires ongoing team effort and what better way of ensuring that your team is happy and enjoy job satisfaction than making sure that they are provided with the opportunity to enhance their skills? This is one of the reasons we enrolled them in the advanced driving course,” says Jacobs. “It is our way of both protecting our team, and contributing to much needed better safety on South Africa’s roads,” she adds.

Sipho Somniso, who manages the roadshow team, found the experience was thrilling, interesting and necessary for the drivers on the team. “It is always good to become better at what you do. This is how you excel! The advanced driving course taught us many things, things that are essential for being a better driver on our roads,” he says.

Bliss Brands’ current campaign Christmas in July is calling on consumers to share their Christmas wish with MAQ and the roadshow team. “Our roadshow team is currently travelling to all four corners of South Africa and to Botswana to bring Christmas cheer to our loyal fans,” concludes Jacobs.
